As a sub-version of BWPG, automatic gas filling insulated glass production line with servo motor driven panel press, BWPG-M series has been produced and delivered to Germany based ADORO-HAUSTUREN GmbH company’s Zagreb/Croatia factory.
BWPG-M has general component and design criteria’s of BEST MAKINA. Additionally, BWPG-M can process 150mmx250mm size panes with smaller drive wheels and small diameter brushes. Standard glass thickness is 3-19mm , optionally can be 60mm for safety glass, or marine applications
Standard unit thickness is 90mm , optionally can be increased to 120mm for triple or quadruple glass panes. As other BEST MAKINA IG line versions, BWPG-M can produce triple and stepped units. Triple stepped and quadruple glass production is sold optionally.
Automatic gas filling press can process up to 1700x3000mm and variable gas injection nozzle positioning allows to combine various spacer widths and glass thickness combinations.
Brush bristle thickness can vary between 0.10mm to 0.30mm depending on final user’s application.
BWPG-M can be coupled with BLS-S series automatic two component extruders.
